Baritone/Tuba

If you play the baritone or tuba, then you will need:

1. An instrument with case (school provides - $30 annual rental/maintenance fee)
2. Mouthpiece ($70 baritone - Bach 6 1/2AL /$80 tuba  - Helleberg 120S)
3. Valve oil
4. Slide grease
5. Mouthpiece brush
6. Soft polishing cloth

6th-8th Graders also need:

1. Black 1” 3-ring binder
2. 10 (or more!) plastic sheet protectors
3. 5 tab dividers
4. Pencil Bag/Pencils
5. Notebook Paper

Books:

1. Essential Elements Book 1 (5th - 6th Grade) for B.C. Baritone or Tuba
2. Essential Elements Book 2 (6th - 8th Grade) for B.C. Baritone or Tuba

If available, students may receive an instrument to keep at home for practicing.
